Hi SAVI Families! 

We hope you are all doing well as the school year winds down. Going into Summer, we will have a few changes. 

First, after 8 wonderful years with us, Mr. Shea is going off onto his next adventure this summer! He will be finishing out the school year and wrapping up with his current students on June 13th. We wish him all the best and we will miss him! 

Mr. Shea students can join Ms. Violet for the Summer if they wish, and feel free to send any questions about this change to myself, or Ms Violet as we move into Summer scheduling. 

Below you will find the schedule request forms and important information for transitioning into Summer tutoring. 

Spring/Fall tutoring ends:

June 7th

Open tutoring:  

June 9-13th for anyone who schedules sessions 

Closed to prepare for Summer: 

June 15-28th

Our Summer schedule will begin on two different dates: 

Early Start: June 29th (Monday)

Traditional Start Date : July 6th (Monday)

For anyone who does not yet know if you are having sessions this summer I urge you to let me know as soon as you can. If you have any questions I am available to answer them at any time. 

Veterans/Returning Families: 

If you are unable to open or access the link, please email Mr. Cat as soon as possible, he will use that message as your "time stamp" for scheduling so that a tech issue does not stop you from scheduling. Alternatively, you can text Ms. Violet but to streamline the scheduling process, you should contact Mr. Cat first.

First Time Schedulers/New Families: 

You will want to follow the link provided by email to submit your requests for summer sessions. 

Fill this out as soon as possible and include 3 options that will work for your schedule. We also ask that you let us know about any possible vacations/extracurriculars that might impact tutoring.

Keep in mind that we schedule on a first-come first-serve basis. We schedule everyone based on schedule request, and tutor's availability.

If you are not sure of your summer plans, that is ok! Just give us as much information as you have at the moment. 

Our goal is to have the Summer Schedules ready by 6/8 which means I will be contacting you over the next few weeks to finalize your specific schedule.
